Legality: Journal of Law and Legal Studies is a peer-reviewed academic journal dedicated to the development of legal scholarship and critical analysis of law as a normative system and a social institution. The journal provides an intellectual forum for legal scholars, practitioners, and interdisciplinary researchers to engage with contemporary legal issues, doctrinal debates, and evolving legal practices within national and international contexts. The journal covers three broad academic scopes: legal theory and jurisprudence, public and private law, and law, society, and governance. Legality welcomes conceptual, normative, and empirical research that advances understanding of law’s role in regulating social life, ensuring justice, and responding to societal change.
